A professional service to turn the client’s brief into a comprehensive set of construction drawings and specifications.  With our in-depth knowledge of Design and Build contracts we are able to minimize the client’s risk and reduce the overall contract period, thereby saving both time and money.

Our service starts with a detailed analysis of the client’s requirements, which is transformed into preliminary sketch-plans.  Once the client has approved the overall concept layout and elevations, we progress on to detailed working drawings.  If our three-in-one service is chosen, we consult internally with our experienced construction managers to ensure constructability through careful detailing.  This reduces the client’s overall risk as well as the construction period.  Construction can commence once approval of the building plans is received from the local authorities and the client has agreed on our firm price.  The combination of these two services result in reducing the overall construction period as the architectural team can still complete final detailing on elevations and roof plans while construction already progresses on the foundations and infrastructure.

Even if the client chooses not to use our construction service, we still have access to their expertise to ensure ease of detailing for tendering purposes and construction by an external contractor.  This will however not provide maximum benefit to the client as all construction documents have to be completed before the lengthy tendering process can commence.
